How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then R&R with Ri. From there you can change plans or cancel. Canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep your premium features until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I got a new phone and my subscription isn't showing.

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with, then tap Restore Purchases in the app.

Where are my check-ins stored?

Only on your iPhone. If you move to a new iPhone by restoring from an iCloud or computer backup, your check-ins usually come along with it.

What happens if I delete the app?

Your check-ins, notes, and settings are deleted from your phone permanently. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, so cancel in Settings first if you don't want it to renew.

I'm not getting reminders.

Open your iPhone's Settings, tap Notifications, find R&R with Ri, and make sure notifications are allowed. Then check your reminder times in the app. A Focus mode, like Sleep or Do Not Disturb, can also silence them.
