I would have to say my favorite part of the podcast are the breathing techniques. I’ve never been taught any breathing techniques, so I love learning how to do them and how to apply them to my everyday life. They’ve really helped me calm down if I’m anxious in any way… If I get on to any flight, I will download about ten of [Ri’s] recordings… Flying makes me extremely nervous and Ri’s recordings are the only thing that will help calm me down.
