Hi, my name is Ri.
True wellness isn't just about getting stronger—it's about finding balance between body and mind.
With over 13 years of experience, I've learned that lasting change happens when we treat physical and mental health as inseparable. My certificate in exercise science from Pima Community College shaped this understanding: real wellness requires more than just showing up for workouts—it requires integration.
As an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with certifications in meditation and breathwork coaching, I work with people who want more than a fitness plan. Whether you're looking to build strength, quiet anxiety, sleep better, or reclaim your quality of life, I create programs that blend movement with mindfulness.
Balance has become both my specialty and my philosophy. Physically, I help clients improve stability, prevent falls, and move with confidence—especially important for active adults and those navigating age-related changes. Mentally, I guide people toward the equilibrium that comes from integrating breathwork, meditation, and intentional movement. True balance isn't about perfection, it's about finding your center in both body and mind.
I've had the privilege of working alongside clients facing significant health challenges—cancer, Parkinson's, ALS, and pre- and post-surgical recovery. I've supported clients managing anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and other mental health conditions, and I've seen firsthand how integrated mind-body practices can provide the grounding and regulation that traditional fitness alone cannot.
These experiences taught me to meet people exactly where they are and help them discover what's possible for their bodies right now.

Beyond one-on-one sessions, I host R&R with Ri, a weekly podcast featuring guided meditations for relaxation and mindful reflection. It's my way of extending wellness tools beyond the gym and into your everyday life.
